your monthly reset (vol 6): for the ones figuring it out
media recs that are worth your time and honest advice from me
Opening Note
July flew by in a bit of a blur — work got pretty full-on with a few new projects kicking off, and I’ve also been getting everything sorted for my handover before taking some time off. I’m finally getting ready to switch off for a little while as I head off on a work trip with a friend. Honestly, this is probably the only time of year I can truly go offline — juggling a full-time role in social media and marketing alongside content creation doesn’t exactly make for a quiet inbox! So I’m really looking forward to resetting and unwinding.
If I’m not completely wiped out or caught up in the moment, I’ll be sharing bits and pieces from the trip over on Instagram — feel free to follow along there!
Now, I’ll admit it: I’m a bit of an organisation nerd. Full type A mode. Think: pre-booked everything, a detailed itinerary, backup plans, packing lists — the works. I’ve been using my Notion travel template to keep everything streamlined in one place, and it’s been a game-changer.
Anyway, that’s enough life updates for now. This month’s reset includes a mix of media recs I’m excited about for August, plus I’m answering a popular question about how I got started with passive income — because honestly, we should all be thinking about this stuff! Hope you enjoy this month’s edition 💌
