your monthly reset (vol 5): to help you slow down, shift gears and reflect
films, shows, and reads to guide you into the second half of the year
Opening Note
June has been a whirlwind as I’ve been preparing for some upcoming time off. With the colder, rainy days rolling in, I’ve been staying home more—catching up on tasks I’ve been putting off for months, making progress on side projects, and getting ahead with content. One of the most requested things lately—a Notion wishlist tracker template that’s helped me save both time and money this year—is finally here!
Between backing up photos from my Europe trip, planning my next getaway, and ticking off to-dos, the days have been a blur. As we approach July—the halfway mark of the year—I’ve also started reflecting on how this year has been going and what I still hope to accomplish. 2025 has been a big one for me: I committed to more intentional habits, from embracing a low-buy mindset to investing in career growth and rethinking how I want to spend the rest of my twenties.
Another overdue project I finally wrapped up? My photo presets! Many of you asked for that dreamy Fujifilm look—and it’s here. You’ll find a full tutorial below on how to recreate the effect, or you can download the preset directly here.
That’s enough updates from me. For this month’s reset, I’m excited to share a fresh mix of media recommendations—articles, films, shows, and more—plus a new round of journal prompts to spark reflection.
